You should not leave your device unattended while logged in. However, as an added protection for you, we will automatically log you out if our system notices that there is inactivity for a period of five minutes. We recommend that you always close and exit your browser after using SolvePay's secure online services like conducting electronic money transfer to family members or friends. This will ensure that any information temporarily stored in your browser is erased, preventing others from viewing this information later on.

Create Long And Strong Passwords

Your password grants access to your personal information and SolvePay's services online. To prevent someone else from easily guessing this information, we encourage you to use a combination of letters, figures and characters to formulate a strong password.
  • Choose unique passwords. Longer passwords with 6-10 or more characters are generally stronger.
  • Avoid passwords that are real words or obvious choices, such as family names, birthdays or telephone numbers.
  • Avoid using the same password for multiple websites.
  • If your username or password automatically appears in the sign-in page of any website, you should disable the auto complete function in your browser setting.
  • Protect your password. Memorize it or keep it in a safe place. Change it if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account and do not reveal it to anyone.
