SolvePay, in its sole discretion, may place a hold on any or all of the payments you receive if SolvePay believes there may be a high level of risk associated with you, your account, or any or all of your transactions. SolvePay's determination may be based on different factors and SolvePay may rely on information we receive from third parties. If SolvePay places a hold on a payment, the funds will appear as "Withheld" and the payment status will indicate the hold. If SolvePay places a hold on any or all of the payments you receive, SolvePay will provide you with notice of our actions. SolvePay will release the hold on any payment after 31 days from the date the payment was received into your Account, unless SolvePay has a reason to continue to hold the payment such as:

✔ The receipt of a Dispute, Claim, Chargeback, or Reversal request
✔ SolvePay believes that you have violated the terms of this Agreement or any other Policy and that such a violation results in the need to continue withholding the funds
✔ SolvePay believes that you may be engaging in potentially fraudulent or suspicious activity and/or transactions. In such an event, SolvePay may continue withholding the payment in your account until the matter is resolved pursuant to this Agreement.

➤ INSUFFICIENT FUNDS

If you add funds to your SolvePay account and then attempt a transaction that cannot be completed due to insufficient funds, or if you requested a 'stop payment', you will be fined $50.00 USD per incident. Please ensure that you provide accurate data before initiating a transaction. You are required to ensure that you have sufficient funds in your SolvePay account before attempting any transaction. You may add funds at any time. If your account develops a negative balance due to insufficient funds, you agree to add funds into your account to cover the negative balance. If you do not, we reserve the right to recover the funds by any means necessary, including the involvement of a collections or law enforcement agency.

➤ WITHDRAWING FUNDS

All service refund will automataically credited into customer credit cards attached to your account, since that's where the funds will be credited to. A balance check of your debit or credit card will show the funds received through SolvePay once a transaction has been completed. Another option for receiving funds is to physically withdraw the funds from your local bank to which your debit/credit card is attached.

➤ RECURRING PAYMENTS

A recurring payment is a payment plan you set up with a Seller, in which you allow SolvePay to process pre-authorized payments for the subscription or recurring service. If you sign up for a subscription or recurring payment, you give SolvePay the right to process your pre-authorized payments.

Cancelling a Recurring Payment

If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must always cancel it from your SolvePay account, or contact our customer support to cancel it for you. If you merely unsubscribe from a seller's website alone, your subscription payment will not be cancelled. Please consult our FAQs for cancellation instructions.

➤ REFUNDS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you must contact your Seller first, then SolvePay within 30 days from the purchase date. Once you and your Seller have agreed on a refund settlement on the disputed transaction, SolvePay will provide a full refund of your purchase in accordance with the settlement agreement reached between Buyer and Seller. For all purchases made via credit cards, refunds will be sent to the same. Members are advised to ensure their credit card information is up-to-date before adding it to their SolvePay account.

➤ CHARGEBACK PREVENTION

A chargeback is a process by which a credit or debit card holder forcibily recalls or reverses funds to his/her bank account, after authorizing a payment/transfer of funds. In the dispute of any online transaction, we encourage SolvePay members to apply the steps listed below before resorting to contacting his/her bank to iniate a chargeback on the card associated with their SolvePay account. We do not promote/encourage chargebacks on our platform.

The following are steps members must follow to avoid chargeback protracted stress:

✔ Do not send funds to anyone you do not know or are not sure of
✔ Before transferring funds to any Seller online, be sure the Seller has good business reviews online. This is can be done through a Google search
✔ In a situation whereby the Seller does not deliver on his/her promise to you the customer, SolvePay encourages you to always contact the Seller first to ask for a refund. If for whatever reason you cannot get in touch with the Seller, you can cancel the payment and report the transction to SolvePay in an attempt to retrieve your payment
✔ Members should keep their login information, password and security answers a top secret, away from everyone, to avoid aunthorised login.

In any online transaction, the best practice is to "do your due deligence" before you authorise payment to anyone online via SolvePay's Services. The best and most reasonable acceptable action on SolvePay regarding any online transaction after payment authorisation, is either CANCELLATION OR REFUND. Members can either cancel a transaction or ask for a refund from the Seller if the product purchased is not delivered, or the product does not meet the standard description in its original form as advertised by the Seller. At SolvePay, we support and encourage our members to always contact the Seller first to resolve the issue by asking for refund on any disputed transaction. If the Seller refuses, then our member can escalate the dispute by reporting the issue to SolvePay's Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC).

A dispute report can be made within seven days of the transaction, from the member's account on SolvePay. Upon recieving a dispute report on our platform, we will quickly act to ensure the Seller issues a refund to the Buyer without any delay. If a Buyer or Seller initiates a chargeback on any credit card associated with his/her SolvePay account, instead of following the process described in this Terms of Service, the member's account will be suspend and the credit/debit card will debited through his/her issued bank by SolvePay for a non-refundable penalty fee of $500.00 USD.

➤ FUND RECOVERY

SolvePay does not gurantee fund recovery to anyone, but we will do our utmost best to retrieve the funds in question from the Seller's account once it is clear that the Seller did not fulfil their obigation to you as a customer, using our platform. If we are unable to do so, you agree and consent that you will not hold SolvePay, its affilliates or third party processing partners, liable for any losses you may incur from such transaction. Before authorising a final payment to anyone online, be sure you do your own research before authorising such transactions.

➤ "TELL A FRIEND" REFERRAL PROGRAM

You can earn extra cash through SolvePay by referring SolvePay to your friends or family members to register for our service using a link found on your profile or in an email. You can earn $0.10 for every qualifying referral. If you refer 250 persons to SolvePay within a month, you can earn $100.00 USD. To qualify for the reward, your referral must sign up for a Primary or Secondary account and conduct at least one transaction at minimum $10.00 USD. Self-referrals or referrals from the same IP address or device will not be rewarded. We reserve the right to change the conditions of the Referral Program at any time. Abuse of the Referral Program in any way will result in forfeit of referral rewards and account suspension.

✦ DISPUTE RESOLUTION CHAMBER

The Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) is a section dedicated to filing, responding to and resolving disputes between SolvePay members. The DRC is accessible via SolvePay members' accounts. SolvePay encourages members to resolve their disputes between themselves. If, however, a Buyer and Seller cannot reach a mutual agreement, the Buyer should then file a dispute via the DRC.

➤ TRANSACTION DISPUTES

Transaction disputes between a Buyer and a Seller are investigated within the Dispute Resolution Chamber. Disputes must be filed within 30 days of the completed payment transaction.

➤ FILING A DISPUTE

In order to dispute a transaction, a Buyer must file a dispute with the Resolution Chamber. SolvePay members may only file one dispute per transaction. When a Buyer files a dispute, the Seller is immediately notified. The Seller then has seven (7) calendar days to respond to the customer. If the Seller does not respond within this timeframe, the dispute will be escalated. If the seller responds to the customer, the Buyer then has seven (7) calendar days to respond to the Seller. If the Buyer does not respond to the Seller within this timeframe, SolvePay will consider this dispute resolved and close the dispute.
If a dispute is not resolved within fifteen (15) days from initiation, the dispute will be escalated.

➤ DISPUTE ESCALATION

A dispute is escalated if:
✔ The Seller has insufficient funds
✔ The Seller's account is under suspension, pending investigation
✔ The Seller is unresponsive
✔ The 15-day negotiation period is over
When a dispute is escalated, a Resolution Advisor will intervene and mediate the dispute in order to facilitate a resolution.

➤ ROLE OF THE RESOLUTION ADVISOR

The role of the Resolution Advisor is to mediate disputes that are unresolved between Buyers and Sellers. The Resolution Advisor will make a final and irrevocable decision to resolve the dispute. The Advisor's involvement and the rendering of a binding resolution protects the Buyer from fraudulent Sellers, as well as protecting the Sellers from false allegations of fraud.

➤ RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to read and understand the Refund Policy and Terms of Service (TOS) of the Seller. If the Buyer believes that the Seller failed to provide the product and/or service as stated in the Seller's Refund Policy and TOS, the customer may file a dispute with the Resolution Chamber.

➤ RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SELLER

It is the responsibility of the Seller to outline their Refund Policy and Terms of Service (TOS) to Buyers. The Seller must deliver the product and/or service to the Buyer as stated in the Seller's TOS at the time of purchase. If the product and/or service is not delivered as stated in the Seller's TOS, SolvePay's User Agreement will be used as evidence to prove that the Seller is wrong and liable.

➤ WHEN A DISPUTE IS CLOSED

If a dispute is resolved in the Buyer's favor, SolvePay will attempt to collect the funds from the Seller to transfer to the Buyer. However, fund recovery is not guaranteed. If there is not sufficient funds in the Seller's account to cover the Buyer's claim, the Seller will be fined $500.00 USD in addition to a fine of 10% of the transaction amount. In this light, SolvePay cannot guarantee a timeframe for dispute resolution reimbursement.

If the dispute is resolved in the Seller's favor, SolvePay will release the Seller's funds that were temporarily placed on hold during the dispute resolution process. The dispute will then be closed. The Buyer will not be able to file another dispute for the transaction in question. If a Resolution Advisor mediates a transaction dispute, both the Buyer and the Seller agree to a binding resolution rendered by the Resolution Advisor on behalf of SolvePay.
